هذه الدورة التدريبية العملية والمجانية مخصصة للتطوير المهني لمعلمي وموجهي مراحل التعليم (قبل المدرسية، والابتدائية، والثانوية)، وتركز على كيفية إنشاء بيئة تعلم شاملة وداعمة للجميع.
بإتمامك لهذه الدورة، ستتمكن من:
– فهم التعددية والأخلاقيات: شرح مفاهيم التعددية وأهميتها في سياقات التعليم الشامل.
– تحديد أبعاد الشمول: معرفة الأبعاد الرئيسية التي تساهم في بناء بيئة تعلم شاملة ودورها في دعم جميع المتعلمين.
– تصميم الدروس: تحديد كيفية مساهمة الأهداف التعليمية الواضحة والتسلسل المنطقي في تصميم دروس شاملة وميسرة.

– استراتيجيات التمايز: التعرف على استراتيجيات التمايز الشائعة ودورها في تلبية احتياجات التعلم المتنوعة.
– التعلم الفردي والتعاوني: معرفة فوائد كل منهما واستراتيجيات تنفيذهما بشكل شامل.
– التقييم والتغذية الراجعة: تحديد الاستراتيجيات الأساسية لـ “تعلم كيف تتعلم”، وتقديم التغذية الراجعة، وتقييم التقدم لدعم ممارسات التدريس الشاملة.

This free practical training on creating an inclusive learning environment is a professional development resource for preschool, primary, and secondary school teachers or teacher mentors.

Course duration: 5 hours 30 minutes

By taking this course, you will be able to:

• Describe pluralism and ethics and their significance in inclusive education settings
• Identify the key dimensions that contribute to an inclusive learning environment and describe their purpose in supporting all learners
• Determine how clear learning objectives and logical sequencing support inclusive and accessible lesson design
• Recognise the characteristics of a positive emotional climate and its importance in learner engagement
• Define teacher sensitivity and identify its role in responding appropriately to learners’ emotional and academic needs
• Identify basic facilitation techniques that support equitable participation and inclusive interaction
• Describe the function of classroom agreements in fostering mutual respect and safety in learning environments
• Recognise common differentiation strategies and describe how they support diverse learning needs
• Identify the benefits of both individual and collaborative learning and identify strategies to implement them inclusively
• Identify foundational strategies for learning to learn, giving feedback, and assessing progress that support inclusive teaching practices
