This free practical training on how to lead development dialogues in education is a professional development resource for teacher mentors and inspectors.
By taking this course, you will be able to:
- Articulate the purpose of development dialogues in education and the importance of classroom observation in development dialogues
- Describe the role of the teacher as mentee and the role of the mentor
- Observe a series of real-life development dialogues from several different countries, to reflect upon them, and to improve your mentoring skills
