Development Dialogues in Education

This free practical training on how to lead development dialogues in education is a professional development resource for teacher mentors and inspectors.

By taking this course, you will be able to:

• Articulate the purpose of development dialogues in education and the importance of classroom observation in development dialogues
• Describe the role of the teacher as mentee and the role of the mentor
• Observe a series of real-life development dialogues from several different countries, to reflect upon them, and to improve your mentoring skills
