Criando uma Cultura Organizacional Inclusiva

Este curso fornece uma visão geral do compromisso da Fundação Aga Khan para criar uma cultura organizacional inclusiva. Foi concebido para todos os colaboradores da AKF.

Quando concluírem o curso, serão capazes de :

– Descrever a razão pela qual o pluralismo, a diversidade e a inclusão são valores fundamentais da AKF;

– Explicar os termos-chave, incluindo pluralismo, diversidade, equidade e inclusão, enviesamento inconsciente e salvaguarda;

– Enumerar pelo menos três exemplos de enviesamentos inconscientes que se manifestam habitualmente no local de trabalho;

– Enumerar pelo menos uma forma de atenuar o enviesamento inconsciente nas áreas de recrutamento e contratação, dinâmica de equipa, desenvolvimento de carreira, comunicação, programação e envolvimento com os parceiros;

– Compreender o seu papel no reconhecimento de enviesamentos inconscientes e agir como um aliado para os colegas que passam por essas situações.

This course provides an overview of the Aga Khan Foundation’s commitment to creating an inclusive organisational culture. It is designed for all AKF staff.

By the time they have completed the course, learners will be able to:

– Describe why pluralism and diversity and inclusion are key values at AKF;

– Explain key terms, including pluralism, diversity, equity and inclusion, unconscious bias, and safeguarding;

– List at least three examples of how unconscious bias is commonly exhibited in the workplace;

– List at least one way staff can mitigate unconscious bias in the areas of recruiting and hiring, team dynamics, career development, communication, and programming and partner engagement; and

– Understand their role in recognising unconscious bias and acting as an ally to colleagues who are experiencing it.
