إدماج النوع الاجتماعي في إدارة المشاريع

تستغرق الدورة ساعةً واحدةً وموضوعها إدماج النوع الاجتماعي في إدارة المشاريع، فهي مصممةٌ لموظفي مؤسسة الآغا خان (AKF) العاملين في البرامج، المتابعة والتقييم، المالية، والشراكات. كما أنها تهم موظفي شبكة الآغا خان للتنمية (AKDN) الذين يعملون في هذه المجالات وشركاء المؤسسة من منظمات المجتمع المدني.
عند الانتهاء من الدورة، ستكونون قادرين على:
• تعريف المصطلحات الأساسية المتعلقة بالنوع الاجتماعي
• وصف مبادئ إدماج النوع الاجتماعي وأهميتها في برامج مؤسسة الآغا خان
• شرح كيف يُعد إدماج النوع الاجتماعي استراتيجيةً لتحقيق المساواة بين الجنسين
• توضيح كيفية إدماج النوع الاجتماعي في كل مرحلةٍ من مراحل دورة حياة المشروع (تطوير المقترح، تصميم المشاريع، التخطيط، التنفيذ، المتابعة والتقييم)
هذه الدورة تمهيديةٌ.

This one-hour course on gender mainstreaming in project management is designed for AKF staff working in Programmes, Monitoring and Evaluation, Finance, and Partnerships.  The course is also of value to AKDN staff working in these areas and to AKF’s civil society partners.

By the time you complete the course, you will be able to:

• Define key gender-related terms
• Describe gender mainstreaming principles and why they are important to AKF’s programming
• Describe how gender mainstreaming is a strategy for achieving gender equality
• Describe how gender should be integrated into each phase of the project cycle (proposal development, project design, planning, implementation, and monitoring and evaluation)

This is an introductory course.  It is the first in a three-part series of courses focused on gender, including “Introduction to Gender Analysis”and “Gender Equality Marker: A Tool for AKF.”
