Organisational Strategy Development

This free course is aimed at civil society organisations as part of their organisational strengthening and planning processes.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

• Understand wat an organisational strategy is and why having one matters
• Define your organisation’s mission, vision, and values
• Understand how to develop and implement an organisational strategy

The course can be completed in a blended format by first completing the video lessons, and then enrolling in a synchronous in-person workshop. A Facilitator Guide is available for the workshop and templates and tools are available for download.
