Organisational Performance Measurement
This free online course is aimed at civil society organisation staff, including monitoring and evaluation staff, civil society strengthening practitioners, and organisational leadership teams.
The course introduces the concept of organisational performance and explores practical, low-cost, and easy-to-use tools for measuring and strengthening the performance of civil society organisations. Participants will learn how to use the Aga Khan Foundation’s Organisational Performance Index (OPI) tools to assess organisational effectiveness, efficiency, relevance, and sustainability, and how to apply performance data to support organisational learning and improvement.
This course was produced as part of the Aga Khan Foundation’s Civil Society Programme in collaboration with Pact and GlobalGiving.
