Organisational Performance Measurement

This free online course is aimed at civil society organisation staff, including monitoring and evaluation and civil society strengthening staff and leadership.

The course introduces the concept of organisational performance and low-cost and easy-to-use tools to measure the performance of civil society organisations.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

• Define organisational performance
• Use the Aga Khan Foundation’s suite of Organisational Performance Index (OPI) tools
• Analyse performance data

This course was produced as part of the Aga Khan Foundation’s Civil Society programme in collaboration with Pact and GlobalGiving.

The course can be delivered in a blended format by learners first completing the online lessons, and then completing a synchronous in-person workshop. A Facilitator Guide is available for the workshop.
