This engaging, hour-long video-based course is designed for all AKF staff members worldwide to learn more about our organisation, our history, our principles, our structure, and our activities.

By completing this short course, you will:

• Discover the Aga Khan Development Network (AKDN) and understand how AKF fits within it.
• Learn about His Highness the Aga Khan.
• Explore the creation, history, and milestones of AKF.
• Understand AKF’s structure.
• Find out which countries AKF operates in.
• Get acquainted with AKF’s programmatic areas of work.
• Learn about AKF’s core organisational principles.

This resource was developed by your global HR team, in collaboration with internal stakeholders with the objective to improve Induction and Orientation within AKF.

This course is available in English, with subtitles in Arabic, Dari, French, Hindi, Portuguese, Russian, Swahili, Tajik and Urdu.
