ग्राम पंचायत विकास योजना

पंचायती राज संस्थान (PRIs) भारत के गाँव, प्रखंड एवं जिले स्तर पर कार्यरत स्थानिक प्रशासनिय इकाई है । यह संवैधानिक इकाई है जिसे कानूनी अधिकार दिए गए है । PRI को स्थानिक शासन और विकास की जवाबदेही दी गई है ।  उनका ध्येय सामाजिक न्यायिता एवं आर्थिक विकास का है । इन सभी पहलू के कारण ये ग्रामीण विस्तार मे असरकारक स्थानिक शासन और विकास के लिए एक महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका अदा करता है ।

आगा खान ग्राम समर्थन कार्यक्रम (भारत) २०१४ से पंचायती राज संस्थानो के साथ कार्यरत है, यह Blended Learning कोर्स “ग्राम पंचायत विकास योजना” इस ही कार्य के भाग स्वरूप तैयार किया गया है । यह कोर्स पंचायती राज संस्थान के सभ्यों के लिए तैयार किया गया है । यह कोर्स ग्राम पंचायत विकास योजना के सभी पहलूओ को दर्शाता है, जो गाँव, प्रखंड और जिले स्तर की संयुक्त विकास योजना है, और जन भागीदारी से उपलब्ध संसाधनो का असरकारक उपयोग सुनिश्चित करता है ।

इस कोर्स के द्वारा ग्राम पंचायत विकास योजना तैयार करने के लिए विकास समिति का गठन कैसे करना है, विजन कैसे तैयार करना है, समस्या का विश्लेषण कैसे करना है,और पंचायती राज संस्थान के लिए संसाधनो की व्यवस्था कैसे करे यह बताया गया है ।

Panchayati Raj Institutions (PRIs) are local governance bodies that exist at the village, block and district levels across rural India. They are a constitutional body that has legal authority. PRIs have the responsibility for local governance and development. Their focus is on economic development and social justice. For all of these reasons, they are an important tool for effective local governance and for the development of rural areas.

This blended learning course, entitled Gram Panchayat Development Plan, is an extension of the support the Aga Khan Rural Support Programme India (AKRSP-I) has been providing to Panchayati Raj Institutions since 2014. It is intended for the members of Panchayati Raj Institutions.

The course provides an overview of the Gram Panchayat Development Plan (GPDP), which is a holistic development plan for the village, block or district that is created in a participatory manner and ensures the effective use of available resources.

The course explains how to form the planning committee that will develop the Gram Panchayat Development Plan, how to conduct a visioning exercise, how to conduct a problem analysis, how to set priorities, and how to mobilise resources for the Panchayati Raj Institution.
