يهدف كورس التواصل الفعال إلى اكساب المشاركين والمشاركات،على جميع المستويات، المهارات اللازمة للتواصل الفعال مع الاخرين ، مثل إعداد عرض تقديمي، وإعطاء تعليمات العمل، وإبداء التعليقات، وإدارة الإجتماعات.
ويستهدف الكورس المسئولين عن إدارة مجموعات من الأفراد، مثل أصحاب المؤسسات، والإدارة العليا، و المديرين/ات داخل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة، و موظفي وموظفات خدمة العملاء بالمؤسسات والشركات، وكذلك طلاب وطالبات الجامعة، والخرجين والخريجات

This Effective Communication course provides learners with the necessary skills to communicate with others in a professional environment.  It covers preparing and delivering presentations, giving instructions at work, providing feedback and leading meetings.

The target audience for this course are people working in management positions, such as business owners, senior managers, managers within small and medium enterprises and customer service employees in different types of organisations and companies. The course is also designed to be of value to university students and graduates.
