Business Model Canvas

This free practical training for entrepreneurs is aimed at startups and small businesses. It explains how to use the Business Model Canvas, a simple tool developed by Strategyzer (https://www.strategyzer.com/) that helps entrepreneurs visualise their future business.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

• Create a Business Model Canvas and Value Proposition Canvas
• Apply a business model lens to create effective business strategies
