The Business of ECD
This self-paced video course is designed for women entrepreneurs and aspiring business owners who want to establish and manage a private early childhood development (ECD) centre, either at home or in community-based settings. The course explores how to design, launch, manage, and grow a financially sustainable ECD centre that supports high-quality child development outcomes. Participants will examine business planning, legal and regulatory requirements, curriculum development, staffing, financial management, marketing, quality assurance, and business growth strategies.
