Thinking and Working in Systems

This free online course is aimed at Aga Khan Foundation staff and civil society organisation partners who seek to better understand the system within which they deliver programmes.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

• Map a system using the Pando platform
• Apply the Listen, Engage, Discover, and Adapt framework for better understanding the system and designing programmes
• Apply the 5Rs framework to analyse, strengthen, and adapt programmes
• Describe tips for establishing feedback loops

This course was produced as part of the Aga Khan Foundation’s Civil Society programme.

The course can be completed as an online-only course or in a blended format where learners first watch the videos and then engage in a synchronous in-person session. A Facilitator Guide is available for download for the synchronous in-person session.
