This free training video is aims to help women and men in East Africa understand and practice mind-body wellbeing.
By completing this training video, you will be able to:
- Define mind-body wellbeing
- Apply simple exercises that promote mind-body wellbeing
This short training can be taken in a blended format, with learners first completing the online video and then engaging in a short synchronous session. A Facilitator Guide is available for the facilitators of the in-person component.
