These training posters were developed to help farmers and development practitioners learn how to implement the principles of the Zanatany System of rice cultivation.

By using these training posters, learners will be able to:

• Describe principles of the Zanantany System and their benefits.
• Describe the key steps required to implement the Zanatany principles.

These training posters are available in French and Malagasy.

The training posters were developed by Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) and Organisation de Soutien pour le Développement Rural à Madagascar (OSDRM) with the support of the Innocent Foundation.

They were produced as part of AKF’s Scaling-up, Promoting and Expanding Effortless Direct-seeding Rice permaculture (SPEEDRICE) Project under its climate resilience and regenerative farming programmes.
