This Position Paper sets out ten essential priorities for local, national and global decision-makers to embed in their strategies for advancing effective girls’ education programming in fragile contexts over the next decade. This will be critical if the Sustainable Development Goals are to be met, with so many girls and communities living in settings with persisting high levels of risk. Each priority is explored in depth throughout the paper.
