حل المشكلات

هذا الكورس مصمم للمديرين وقادة الفريق والموظفين وكل من هم موكل اليهم مهمة حل المشاكل التي يتعرضون لها بصفة مستمرة أثناء عملهم اليومي. في أغلب الأوقات نجد أن المديرين وقادة الفريق والموظفين يتعاملون مع المشاكل على نحو سلبي لأنهم يفتقرون الى المهارات اللازمة لمساعدتهم في حل المشكلات على نحو فعال وايجابي، فغالبا ما يتم التعامل مع المشكلات على أساس افتراضات غير مجربة وخبرة سابقة بدلا من استخدام أساليب وأدوات مثبتة. يهدف هذا الكورس الى مساعدة المشاركين في اكتساب المهارات والأدوات اللازمة لحل المشكلات بفعالية ولإيجاد حلول مؤثرة وفعالة.

This course on Problem Solving is designed for managers, team leaders, and employees, all of whom must problem solve on a continuous basis in their day-to-day work. However, oftentimes, managers, team leaders, and employees deal with problems negatively because they don’t have the skills to problem solve effectively and positively.

This course aims to help participants to acquire the skills and tools needed to effectively solve problems and find impactful and efficient solutions instead of relying on untested assumptions and past experience.
