يتناول هذا الكورس موضوعات متعددة تخص قضايا النوع الاجتماعي، وتقسيم الأدوار بين الرجال والنساء داخل المجتمع، والأسرة، والمنزل.
من خلال هذا الكورس، ستتعرف على:

– مكافحة التمييز: تحديد التمييز الذي يمكن أن يحدث للرجال والنساء داخل مكان العمل، وكيفية مواجهة هذا التمييز.
– تكافؤ الفرص: كيفية تطبيق مبادئ تكافؤ الفرص من خلال السياسات المختلفة داخل أماكن العمل.
– الأطر القانونية: استعراض بعض القوانين، والاتفاقيات، والمنظمات المتخصصة في قضايا العمل والعمال والعائلات.

This course on the Gender Responsive Workplace covers various topics related to gender issues and the roles of men and women within society, the family and in the home. 

Participants learn about the roles of women and men in the workplace and about different types of gender-based discrimination that can happen in the work environment.

How can we address this type of discrimination?  And how can we ensure workplace policies that provide equal opportunities for men and women?

The course, designed for employers in Egypt, also talks about relevant laws, conventions and agreements, and introduces organisations specialised in labour issues and gender issues in the workplace.
