This free online course aims to provide future facilitators of blended learning courses with the skills needed to effectively deliver the face-to-face session of a blended learning course.

By completing this course, you will be able to:

  • Understand the concept and value of blended learning
  • Describe the principles of adult learning
  • Highlight the characteristics and skills facilitators should have
  • Identify ways of responding to challenging group dynamics
  • Assess learner comprehension

The course presents a series of small and large group facilitation techniques.

This online course is followed by a 3-day synchronous in-person session for which a Facilitator Guide is available for download.

The course is available in English and Portuguese.
